Norman Monsanto Architecture, MrWork, Lichtdivisie

MrWork, a leader in recruitment marketing automation, recently relocated to Rotterdam's prestigious Las Palmas building in the vibrant Kop van Zuid district. This move signifies a pivotal moment for MrWork, aligning their innovative approach with Las Palmas' rich history and dynamic environment.

Norman Monsanto Architecture envisioned a transformative interior for MrWork's new office space at Las Palmas. Monsanto's design features small house-shaped structures crafted from steel beams and glass panels. These structures serve multifunctional purposes, housing workspaces, lounges, and meeting rooms. Integral to the design are zinc gutters hanging from the ceilings of the glass houses, nurturing plants and enhancing the workspace environment with natural elements.

In line with Monsanto's "Green Gutters", we developed custom fixtures that are designed to seamlessly integrate with the zinc gutters suspended from the ceilings of the glass houses. 3D printed from sustainable, biodegradable materials, the Green Gutter fixtures not only provide functional lighting for the desks but also enhance the aesthetic harmony of the space. Each fixture features microprismatic diffusers to ensure optimal lighting comfort and efficiency. This custom lighting solution exemplifies our dedication to creating tailored solutions that blend seamlessly with architectural visions while promoting a productive and environmentally conscious workspace at Las Palmas.
